Founder, Pilates Enthusiast
Vicki Buck
With over 20 years of experience teaching fitness and a passion for Pilates for the past 15+, I’ve seen firsthand the power of healing through movement. My training through Balanced Body Pilates, combined with continuing education from master trainers around the world — including Seoul, Shanghai, San Francisco, Toronto, and Atlanta — has shaped my approach to teaching and building this community. Though I currently reside in Wisconsin with my husband and our two young boys, I founded The Pilates Grüp with the intention of sharing the power of Pilates with all. Our studio was created to be welcoming, approachable, and focused on quality — with small class sizes and personalized attention, so every client feels seen, supported, and empowered.
