This class challenges you from the inside out. Some Pilates experience is helpful for this class, as you'll get more out of HOW to tap into your core through some tough exercises. We'll workshop these tough moves, and play with them on the ground and at different spring tensions. But you'll walk away with an understanding of why the Pilates Equipment is so amazing.
